To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide simple instructions for sending it back.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part — but we’ll always do our best to make things right.
