Hearthlight Studios is a small, independently run business offering personalized apparel, heartfelt home décor, and handmade gifts. These Terms and Conditions govern all use of our website, products, and services. By visiting or shopping with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Product Information and Availability
We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or variations may occur due to the handmade or print-on-demand nature of our items.
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if applicable.
Please note that some of the designs are created with the use of AI.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided — including billing, shipping, and payment details — is accurate and complete.
Payments are processed securely through [Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.]. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Hearthlight Studios reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times vary depending on the item. Most orders are shipped within the timeframe listed on each product page. Please note that print-on-demand and personalized items may take longer to produce.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or high seasonal demand. Hearthlight Studios is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is an error on our part.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
6. Personalized & Custom Items
Because our personalized products are made especially for you, we ask that all details (spelling, colors, sizes, etc.) be carefully reviewed before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer errors once production begins.
If an error occurs on our end, we will happily replace or refund your item.

All content on this website — including images, text, designs, and logos — is the property of Hearthlight Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
